Meet Rachel

Meet Rachel

Rachel is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through Balanced Body, one of the industry’s leading education programs worldwide. She holds a BS in Kinesiology–Exercise Science from Indiana University and is also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Blending a background in movement science, rehabilitation, and mindful practice, Rachel brings a highly individualized approach to every session. She specializes in one-on-one training, allowing her to tailor each program to the unique needs, goals, and movement patterns of her clients. This focused, hands-on style ensures a more supportive environment, precise cueing, and meaningful progress.

Rachel has been teaching Pilates since 2018 and is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve functional movement, and feel more at home in their bodies. Her mission is to empower each person with the tools and confidence they need to move better and feel better—both in the studio and in daily life.

We take the time to understand your goals, your history, and the way your body functions. From there, we design each session specifically for you, adjusting in real time as your strength, mobility, and confidence grow. This individualized approach allows for safer, more effective progress and a deeper connection to your movement.

Intro Session - 30min: $40

*New Client Special -Three Sessions: $198 ($66/session)

Single Session: $80

Five Sessions: $385 ($77/session)

Ten Sessions: $750 ($75/session)

All packages have a 6-month expiration.

 FAQs

  • Each session is 50 minutes customized to your individual needs.

  • Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes; this allows us to observe your alignment, breathing, and muscle engagement. Grippy socks are required.

  • We are a home-based studio located in Willow Street, just off of Willow Street Pike. Please note, the studio is on the second floor and stairs will be required.

  • That is perfectly fine. We start with the basics and progress from there.

  • With extensive training in Pilates, fitness and physical therapy you will be in good hands. All sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.
